Need advice about reports
Hello Dr GE. 39 year male . Having BP. Few days back having bloating problem so Dr advised us for USG abdomen with LIVER FUNCTION TEST N RENAL FUNCTION TEST. USG report is grade 1 fatty liver changes. N lft n rft report is attached. Plz is this report is normal or having any problem. Plz suggest sir

Hello , Your reports are within normal range . Do take Tab Pan-D once a day on empty stomach for a week . Do cut down on alcohol and other beverages, if consuming . You should feel better with that .

Reports are normal except calcium levels being slightly low.
Next Steps
Check vitamin d levels- if low you will need vitamin d supplements. Eat calcium rich food. Let me know which Bp medications your taking. Olmisartan if your taking could cause gastrointestinal disturbance.
