Hello Team of good people, kindly help me out, need an effective diet chart/plan, I've started morning walk also as my marriage is on 8th of Dec. I want effective results, ready to pay. Need really solid stuff, I can go/eat anything but results have to be positive. Any help would be greatly appreciated. Happy Diwali!!

Intermittent fasting is good to go with!
Make sure eat meals ( 2 or 3) within a time span of 4 to 6 hrs and fast for 18 hours you can have green tea, black coffee or lemon water!
And 2 or 3 meals you eat should provide you with all the nutrients!
