I am hitting gym and my trainer is advising me to use menabol tablets to gain weight since I am a bit lean. Is it safe to use? Also, may I know the dosage (i.e) how many tablets I can take per day and when to take.

Hello , we do not recommend any tablets to gain weight . Menabol is not meant for weight gain but osteoporosis and post-menopausal females (as per google). For gaining weight, you have to increase your daily food intake. Add an extra chapati to your lunch & dinner . Also have rice with rajma / chole/ kala chana/ dals / chicken/ egg curry. You can have milkshakes, fruits like banana, chickoos, grapes, mango. Try to eat healthy after every two hours. Cookies, dhokla, idlis , aloo chaat, paneer sandwiches , dry fruits can be taken in between main meals of the day. Visit www.dietclinic.in
