How to gain weight. I eat proper. Any suggestions what should i do. My height is 172cm and weight is 51kgs. As of today, i have never crossed 51kgs

Hello, Weight gain is a slow process. With right nutrition intervention and regular physical activity you will be able to gain weight, but patience is going to be very important. Listed below are a few rules to start, however regular evaluation is necessary to include all the required changes. A personalized diet is also strongly recommended. 1. Never miss meals 2. Eat a variety of millets like jowar, bajra, ragi apart from wheat 3. Food high in protein should be a part of every meal. Foods with higher protein content are dals, pulses, sprouts, milk & milk products, eggs, non-veg, etc. 4. Incorporate calorically dense fruits & vegetables like banana, mango, custardapple, potato, sweet potato, yam, etc. 5. Healthy fats from nuts & oilseeds should be incorporated. 6. Avoid sugar, sweets, carbonated beverages, processed & packaged foods, etc 7. Exercise regularly, mainly weight bearing exercises.

U take ksheerabala 101 cap two per day followed by a glass of war milk. Eat plenty of vegetables,greengram sprouts raw,fruits .,to fill urself with minerals,vitamins,antioxidants,immuno boosters,proteins. Walk,exercise,yoga for fitness. Eat millets in place of rice for a healthy life.

Hi Hope you are doing fine For proper weight gain you  have to take High calorie diet with right amount of protein carbs and fat with proper exercise so that you gain weight and muscles. If you are already eating well n not gaining weight check they couse at times body doesn't absorb what you eat. For that we need to work on gut health. You may want to count your calories first and see how much you are able to get through the day. Next compare your calories with your RDA based on your BMI Next create a plan to consume more than your RDA calories. You may want to include high protein high fat diet which will.boost your calorie numbers. Next you may want to eat meals divided throughout the day.
