I'm a 21 year old female, height - 5' 5", weight - 43kgs, want to gain atleast 10kgs more. Consulted a dietitian, spent a lot of money, she first was very sure I'd gain weight, but when my weight stayed the same through the second week, she turned her words around and said she couldn't help me anymore. What do I do? Should I consult another doctor or just keep eating until I gain on my own?
