Need to know body evaluation parameters
I need to know my basal metabolic rate, BMI, fat percentage, muscle mass of my body. Kindly let me know the test which covers body evaluation like above given parameters.

BMi is very easy to calculate ie
BMI (kg/m2) = mass (kg) / height (m)2
BMR is
BMR calculation for men (metric)BMR = 66.5 + ( 13.75 × weight in kg ) + ( 5.003 × height in cm ) – ( 6.755 × age in years
For other parameters you can go for blood test
