I m 23 yrs old girl. My weight is gradually increasing. Now 62 kgs. I m working in IT field. I m working in night shift from 4.30 pm to 2am. So i have changed my routine of eating in different timing like having breakfast at lunch time and finishing my dinner at 2 am as i will go to bed at 4.00 am. I already took
thyroid test which results normal. Please suggest me diet that reduces weight and also suggest in such a way that it is a simple diet as i cannot cook in my hostel.Also i have belly fat. Please suggest me soon.
