For your extra fat on belly or bloating problem you are recommended to have no fried foods,refined, processed foods,no junk street, fast foods.avoid oily foods full of saturated fats like oil,dalda,butter,ghee etc.no spices, cream based products.
So what are specially needed for u? Take good quality cereals,whole grains, pulses soupy, more importantly 4pcs or aprx 400gm /day fruits devided by three times, all green,juicy fruits, & almost all vegetables ex.brinjal,local greens.take little more animal proteins D.T milk,chana,paneer 100gm,fish & egg 1pc.pl.note that Your are in taking enough Ca, Iron,protien, folic acid,Now khicdi in meals,oat,Dalia ,porridge in B.F,chapati,whole wheat breads are important for energy, satiety.
