My body weight 62
Even though my stomach looks big compare to my body
I avoided eating oil foods still no improvement in reduce and doing workouts.
Please help me with diet to reduce and I don't want to reduce my weight 62

Your height is 5.7 . So, ideal weight should in between 65- 70 . So your weight need to increase with reduction in tummy.

Take high fiber low fat diet. Drink lot of water everyday. Take small and frequent meals at regular intervals of 2-3 hrs. Avoid outside food completely. Ask me directly for customized diet plan for you.
