Need Weight gain
Am 32 guy and my main probs is weight loss and 50kg and am a pure veg .am a IT professional night shifts only. so i need help to gain weight and please docs help me which veg food will gain weights and improve my health . Thank you docs ☺️

For gaining weight,  you can consider these suggestions : 1. Maintain meal gaps: take small and frequent meals every 2-3 hours. 2. Walk after every meal for 15-20 minutes, it will boost up your metabolism and you will be able to consume sufficient food. 3. Include dates and figs in your diet. 4. Make rotis out of (50% wheat+ 50% besan) 5. Drink 2-3 litres of water everyday.

Hi Consume roots and tuber vegetables, all kinds of simple and complex carbs, millets, fermented foods, home cooked meals, moderate carbs, protein ,fats, include lots of seasonal fruits and vegetables, dark green leafy vegetables, whole cereal grains, whole pulses, unpolished ones, low fiber, nuts, seeds, dry fruits, fresh dates, bananas red and Kerala varieties, banana almond milk shakes, smoothies, salads, sandwiches, small frequent meals, eat foods adequately and liberally and chew well,  sweet potato kheer or sweet potato halwa, ghee in dal daily, milk and milk products, dry fruits laddoo, home made sweets and meals, legumes etc..are all to be consumed regularly..

Yes u need to plan ur diet.Eat plenty of vegetables,fruits and greengram sprouts everyday. Include millets . Drink enough water,. Milk milk products are good for health. Dryfruits are good too. Sleep leisurely at night atleast for six hrs. Walk,exercise,yoga everyday for an hour.

Hi, Weight is a sum total of Bone, Water, Muscle and fat. You need to gain muscle to get healthy Have a well balanced diet. Eat 6-8 meals a day. Have carbohydrate and protein rich food combinations like Banana or Mango milkshake, Mix nuts and dryfruit chikkis, Soya or paneer veg rolls etc. Include high biological value proteins which are very well absorbed like- Milk, curd, Paneer, Soyabean etc Include essential fats like Almonds, walnut ,flaxseeds etc. Eat on waking up and do have a bed time meal like milk and light snack. Do not fast or overeat as this will not help.
