Need weight loss diet plan
I have bechets, fibromyalgia, congestive heart failure, IBS, and mild acute kidney failure, and PCOS. I have list over 50 pounds and now I am at a plateau. I am having a problem losing weight. I am a vegan and exercise at the gym about 3 times a week. Can you devise a plan for me that is gluten and soy free and vegan? I weigh around from221 to 230 depending on heart failure and sodium in food. My weight fluctuates with meds I take. Average is 224. I used to weigh 280.

You need to take high fiber low fat diet. Drink lot of water everyday. Take small and frequent meals at regular intervals of 2-3 hrs. Avoid outside food completely. Do crunches and pushups daily to reduce belly fat. Do lower body toning exercises. Ask me directly for customized diet plan for you.
