I would advice taking a second opinion in person with a registered neuropsychiatrist/neurologist. A review of your diagnosis and medications will be required to proceed further.

1st you will need to take away your attention from the sensations over your head and divert to some productive work. Initially you will find very difficult but as time goes you will be able to do it for sure. You haven't mentioned about the exact medicines and the duration you are taking them. Usually antidepressant medicines will take 1 week to start the effect and will take another 2 weeks to be effective fully. For optimising medicines and further assessment ,please consult a psychiatrist as soon as possible. Don't worry, you will get relieved from your complaints soon.
