My wife was screened with
increased risk for trisomy 21 in quadriple test (1:72). She has normal level 2 ultrasound and low risk NIPT results thereafter. Still we should go for amniocentesis or not?

Consult a fetal geneticist and she will explain the risk ratio in situations like this as to how important to do amniocentesis or not.then take a fully informed decision
