NIPT low risk for trisomy 21,13&18
My wife  was screened with increased  risk for trisomy 21 in quadriple test (1:72). She has normal level 2 ultrasound  and low risk NIPT results thereafter. Still we should go for amniocentesis or not?

Consult a fetal geneticist and she will explain the risk ratio in situations like this as to how important to do amniocentesis or not.then take a fully informed decision

As you did quad test first and then NIPT and anomaly scan, there is NO need of amniocentesis.
