I have totally constant stress.no concentration at all.problem in breathe .negative thoughts. Sleep disorder. Less apetite. Feeling of tireness . no patience.unknown fear for to do anything.no interest in any activity. Life gets totally disturbed. Please help me

Everyone is busy in life.Runing in a rat race .Lack of peace every where.But u have to find out that thing what make your inner peace.
Nothing is permanent ,ur problems are also gone by the time.Be brave to cope up with these and fight with tje situation.

7.Share ur thoughts with ur parents or good friends.
8.Concentrate on ur work,study,passion, hobby.
9.Maintain proper diet.
10.Take proper protein supplement and some time multivitamines.
