No periods aftr1st period post pregnancy

Asked for Female, 31 Years

One year post pregnancy. first period after pregnancy was (LMP) 27/4/18, since then no periods till now..have had pcos and found fibroids during c section, I'm still breastfeeding by one year old. But only morning and nights. , should I be worried?
