No weight gain
I eat a lot ..and recently I have started lot more..but there is no weight and muscle gain...wat should I do?

Eat healthy on time...like soya milk, almonds, paneer, chiken, egg n veggies. Have cabbage soup, cauliflower, broccoli at night...continue for 15 days.
