Within limitation of core biopsy tissue; Immunophenotypic features favour Nodular lymphocyte predominant Hodgkin's lymphoma. PET Scan- Metabolically active supradiphramatic left cervical and supraclavicular malignant lymphadenopathy. High grade metabolically active lymphomatous malignant infiltration in D4 vertebral body. Bone marrow Biopsy- Negative Reports can be shared to have a complete overview.

Hodgkin's lymphoma should be treated with chemotherapy. Looks like stage 2.Please send full PET CT SCAN and BIOPSY REPORT. 100% curable malignancy. Start chemotherapy as early as possible
