Respected sir/ madam,
When I start reading after 10 minutes I get yawn constantly this is happening from past(4 years) and I feel like sleepy even when class are going on. I get full tensed and afraid of attending interview and I don't feel like going to interview. Some times I feel like watching adult movies that too for ten minutes in a week only once. I trying my best to stop
watching and making my self to stop getting yawn. I sleep 8 hours daily with out any disturbance but I still get yawn that too I pay attention reading my subjects I will pay attention for 15 minutes pakka. Please help to resolve this issue as much quickly as possible, Waiting for ur reply.

Hi. Not only you many youngsters are not able to concentrate on studies and sleep properly or sleep too much. They tend to get easily disturbed. You need to come in directly and get counselling . Therapy for concentration issues are there and if required you can take it. For issues with sleeping we still need a brief history. You can change yourself within 2 to 3 months. So don't worry.
