Not enough food, light headed, irritable
Hi! I have just started working out twice a day. I run in the morning and i weightlift in the afternoon. I am also tracking my macros, but I am worried that I am not getting enough to eat. I feel irritable and tired, and a little light headed sometimes. I weigh 156 lbs, am five foot six, and I am a fifteen year old female. I am a four sport athlete

Hi, It is good to know that you have been training so hard however a well planned diet is very important for a vigorous workout.it is not just enough to track your macros and micros it is equally important to have them in the right way if not it could harm your muscles rather than build them.
