Not gaining weight whatever I eat
Despit of eating everything, I m unable to gain weight. Even 10 years back My weight was 50 to 52 & now still It is same. In summers it comes to 49. In winters I becomes 50 to 52. My friends also told me that everyone in our friend circle has changed phyisically But I have not changed. I tried gym but of no use. Whatever I eat all goes in vain. Pls advice whom to consult.

This will be a slow process and needs consistency. Start weight lifting exercise with good fats and high protein highly nutritious diet. Being low weight we always neglect the impact of exercise on our health . Add more calories with nutrition only . No junk n night sugar food . No need for any medicine. Consult personally for proper guidance and results.

Dear user You should not skip your meals specially breakfast. Try  short and small meals frequently..Increase your calorie and protein content in your diet. Start exercising daily. Drink alot of water daily.
