I eat 4-5 times a day.My college timings are 8am to 4pm ,so my meal timings are according to that.
6.30 am - green tea along with cornflakes
11.30 am (lunch break)- chapatti (bread) with vegetables
4.00 pm- white bread sandwich
6.00pm- tea with gram flour pancake
(7.30 pm-exercise for 40 mins)
9.00pm- either chapatti and vegetable or rice and pulses or porridge.
The vegetables are cooked in refined oil and potato is often the core ingredient. Heavy Pulses include Bengal whole gram , red
kidney beans etc. Rice is cooked once in every 2 or 3 days but I do try to avoid mostly.
Honestly I do cheat on diet once or twice a month when its a party.
Please tell me what's wrong as I have observed that I don't loose weight so easil as compared to others.
And after how much time , one starts loosing weight after starting dieting?
