Dear madam , Numbness may be caused by lack of blood supply due to Vascular problems or nerve compression at your spine level or problems with spinal cord or muscle tightness ,sometimes due to trigger points so it better to consult a Physiotherapist initially to know about your problem and then he may guide you regarding further  treatment  Thank you
