Drinking chocolate will not make ur baby sick.but will cause indigestion constipation,loss of appetite,in u. Mother.Also the same may be transfered to the baby.So better a avoid any synthetic food,home made food is the best.

Hi Chocolate milk will not reduce your lactation milk. But yeah if you take caffeine rich coffee lot of time that may affect your quality of milk and affect your baby health. But for safer side limit chocolate milk once a day not more than that. Meet a Dietician/Nutritionist for personalized diet plan if required Eat healthy!! Stay Healthy !! As it's the body in which you have to live in!

Please don't take any synthetic and artificial milk flavouring agents. Add roasted almonds powder and dates to u e milk it's a wealthy option .
