Your height is very good and also you managing weight according to height.
According to your need you have to take complete protein and low carbs diet.but without nutritionist is not possible because nutritionist give u not only bodybuilding diet ,they concentrate overall body.

Ur weight is fine ideally it should be 77 KGS. To gain muscle and replace fat u need to have diet. I can help u for this.
