Obese no physical exercis
I was born as a Normal infant. But after 5 year old I suddenly put up weight. Now I am around 90kg.No physical workout is visible. Tired now.

U hv to keep ur body active.do 1 hour exercise morning n evening.. Go fr proper dietician ,the wil suggest diet contain nutrition. Dont do diet urself
