Hello, Only exercise will not help in losing weight. Exercise along with a balanced diet is important. Cholesterol can be 1 reason why you are overweight. Also being overweight can be due to a lot of other medical reasons. I'd suggest you to do a body checkup. Adding fiber and protein to your meals will help, Maintain water intake upto 2.5-3 L daily, eat after every 3 hrs of interval, let lose of the fried and sugary food stuff, sleep for atleast 7-8 hrs, Exercise daily for an hour.
