Yes you can start running. Do regular exercise. Take plenty of water every day Take small and frequent meals at regular intervals of 2-3 hrs. take high fiber low fat diet. .Ask me directly for detailed diet plan.

Hi u r exercise work only 20%in u r way if weight loss but diet works 80% so normal walking or swimming or any activity will do but follow diet
