Hi - You r gaining weight fast. so only way proper low calorie balanced diet as well as balanced diet. Regularly early morning u v to exercises like free hands, 15 mins walking, 15 mins normal running. also some yoga/ body poses. same is Bette to repeat in evening. liw rice,fast ,junk .no butter ,ghee,low cooking oils.
