I am unable to lose weight despite following proper diet and exercise. Also, my feet and legs are frequently swollen and there is visible swelling in my arms also.

U need 27 KGS weight loss. It is very important .u may be following good diet and exercise but there can be few loop holes which are not allowing weight loss to happen I can help with 4-5 KGS in month.with natural diet and exercise

Tips:
Have small meals at regular intervals
Follow good timing..like 8-9 breakfast, 12-1:30 lunch,8-9:30 dinner..these r the times when body's metabolic rates r high
Reduce water intake after 4pm
Do not drink cold things
