For Oral thrush take:-
• Tab Fluconazole once daily for 14 days
•Apply Candid mouth paint 3-4times daily for a week
•Maintain oral hygeine by rinsing between meals, brushing, flossing, tongue cleaning
Health Tips
Avoid hot,spicy and crunchy foods
Avoid alcohol and alcohol containing mouthwashes
Avoid wearing denture or appliance which can harbour fungal growth
Greetings
Vitamins should be taken on an empty stomach when you first wake up in the morning as they are water soluble so best absorb in body in morning time. And best time to take iron supplements is about one hour before or 2 hours after meal. For further consultation you can contact personally.
Thanks
