I mostly sleep more than required hours of sleep mostly 15 hours feel very lethargy and less alert at work and in studies also not able to calm my mind and body mostly I'm ill only body feel very week and worst during periods how to overcome this

Your symptoms implies that your body is suffering from some deficiency of nutrients.
I guess that you are not eating a healthy diet which is being shown by your body.
Always remember you are what you eat so always eat a healthy food. Till certain age our body mechanism is so good that whatever we eat,our body doesn't show any symptom it really compensate.
But after certain age if a diet is not good and balanced it starts showing the symptoms of bad nutrition into body.
So I would recommend you to meet Dietician/Nutritionist for assessment and a personalized diet plan to improve your health.
I believe and learn from experience that anybody can become healthy at any stage with healthy food.Its never too late to start.
