Over -weight and unable to lose it
I am 24yrs old and i weih 66.9 kgs and my height is 5.2 ft . I have PCOD (recovering stage) and i am trying to loose weight since a very long time. I tried following diet plans, but nothing helped. i dont have an exercise routine, but i do 30-50 crunches almost everyday in the morning.I eat simple food (very less fried or oily stuff). My diet includes good portion of breakfast like one chapati and sabji, or a bowl of cereals. In the afternoon i have half a spoon rice and two chapati with two sabji and curd. I generally eat some snacks in the evening like bread butter, maggi, fruits and i end up skipping my dinner most of the time.
