Over weight
I'm 14 years old and I have a BMI of 31.2 ( I weigh 13.1 stone) I've been on a diet for 4 months now, which includes a piece of fruit for breakfast, a ham or chicken sandwich for lunch and a meat with rice for dinner. I also go to the gym 4 times a week for 1 hour and a half. I have not lost any weight, in fact, I've put on more, I want to find out if there are any tablets I can be provided or any surgeries that can be taken out. Many thanks,

Hi Thanks for the query. You need to fluctuate your diet.Avoiding high-fat foods; restricting calorie intake; regularly weighing, and moderate physical activity helps weight loss and eventually weight management too. So have you been doing all this? If you aren’t and banking only on exercise then your weight loss will indeed be slow. Go get an Indian diet plan for weight loss from a nutritionist. Its safe and easy to reduce weight with well balanced meal plans. Regards

Hi. There are a few medications and some surgeries that can help with weight loss The surgeries are known as a gastric bypass.  This is done where the size of the stomach is reduced and this helps one to lose weight. This surgery is only recommended after one tries to lose weight normally. Exercising vigorously would be a good idea.
Next Steps
See a trainer or get trained correctly for weight loss.
