It seems to be psychosomatic symptoms. Stress induced physical issues. It needs to be treated asap otherwise it may get complicated. It can be treated well with counseling sessions and homeopathic medicine effectively. You need an expert psychologist who is a good homeopathic physician.

"Not wishing to live anymore" is a condition typical of depression. Your mother is already on medication for anxiety, hypertension and gastritis. If she has not received any specific treatment for depression from a psychiatrist so far, I would suggest you to put her through treatment from one, along with the treatment for gastritis, anxiety and hypertension. I am suggesting this as a necessary step because you have mentioned about her "confusingly mixing up things". Please get her checked up by the psychiatrist or a neurologist also to rule out any possibility of her getting into the early onset of Alzheimer's Disease - just to rule out. As she starts feeling better, please consult a psychologist to work out strategies to improve her overall condition and wellness.
Next Steps
Please consult a psychiatrist and thereafter a psychologist.

I'm sorry to hear about your mother's difficult situation. It's crucial to recognize that her symptoms, such as confusion and mixing things up, can have various causes, including depression and cognitive issues. It's recommended to consult with a healthcare professional, preferably a doctor or a neurologist, to get a proper diagnosis. Depression and cognitive conditions, like Alzheimer's, require different approaches, and a correct diagnosis will guide the appropriate course of action
