Overthinking connection to depression
I am a working professional and recently after marriage after almost 2 years had my SIL visit to our place and was here for a few months but had a lot of stress conditions due to that. I had my work stress plus issues related to SIL in family..now she's gone but i am feeling a lot stressed out still and I am not able to concentrate properly in my job too..I feel sad all the time..even with my husband I feel like I'm trying to get distant becoming cranky a lot of times..also i have developed a skin problem on face like eczema recently because of which I don't know I used to feel very good before but now I am feeling like I don't feel beautiful enough..I am feeling maybe all mixed together I am just feeling sad all the time and even when I want to laugh I can't and I am feeling like crying..Also I have PCOS problem and this month I didn't get my period too..Can someone help by giving at-least a small advice..Also since the visit I have become a over thinker in everything which I wasn't..

Hi, I understand you are feeling extremely stressed and upset. I understand certain situations can make a person feel stressed and depressed. I understand you are coping with work-related stress and managing a family. You want to get rid of too much stress and feel calm. Do not worry you don’t have to feel lonely and helpless. For skin related issues consult a doctor To feel calm you can indulge in activities considered relaxing such as music, reading, watch a funny video, and so on. You can do these activities even for a short period of time. You can hydrate yourself often and drink sufficient water. You can maintain a diary and write down your positive qualities and give yourself appreciation.

Good day Friend, I can understand your concern. Be aware that our body and mind are closely interconnected. Means any emotional disturbances to your mind can easily affect the physical functions of body by causing sleeplessness, headache, lack of appreciate, Menstural issues, PCOD, weight gain or loss, body heat and many more. Hi i can understand ur issue.dear u need a break frm work . And feel you are not sharing ur emotions you need to ventilate with someone. Due to all stress tu are facing cycle issues. You have to schedule ur routine. Do proper exercise and must have healthy food. Try to go out with frnds or husband. You must pass your times with whom who gives giu happiness. Forget about past. You have to focus the present other wise your future will effect. Past never come again. Do those things which gives you pleasure.
