You need to take high fiber low fat diet. Drink lot of water everyday. Take small and frequent meals at regular intervals of 2-3 hrs. Avoid outside food completely. Ask me directly for customized diet plan for you.
Please check if you are not suffering from any illness like Hypothyroidism etc. avoid junk food. Increase proteins in you diet. Make dinner as the lightest meal of the day. Do not eat carbs like Roti rice & potatoes in dinner. Have soups, salad, non veg or eggs in dinner
