I am 5ft 8 inches in height and weighs around 86 kg. Also I am suffering from asthma and hypothyroidism. Pls suggest.

Hi Hypothyroidism is causing your weight gain...it decreases basal metabolic rate results in weight gain...consult physicians correct your hypothyroidism once that's correctd automatically your weight gain will be reduced
