I am a mother of 6 month daughter.i had c section as my pelvic bone was narrow. I am 170 cms in height n 91 kgs .. I have been trying but nothing seems to work. I breast feed my baby . I pretty much do everything else at home from cleaning cooking taking care of the baby .. am all by myself till 9:30in d night ..After one month of delivery I have been doing yoga now I have appointed a trainer from past month n working out .. I eat home cooked vegetarian food .. how do I lose weight ..I have always been gaining n losing weight ..in 2009 I was 90 came down to 58 .. maintained in 70 till 2014.. I hot married in 2014 august I was 75 kgs by end of may 2015 I was 85 ever since then I have been on n off from 80-85.. through pregnancy I was 85 ..rite after delivery I reduced to 79 in one month I gained till 91.. should starve myself (but am hungry as soon as feed ) dunno what to do ..am getting knee pain while working out cuz of the weight ..help me reduce . P:S ..I hardly have continuos sleep

You need 26 KGS wieght loss presently. U have been doing lot of experiment with your diet but now as u r feeding mother it need to be proper can help u to lose 4-5 KGS in month.u know how to lose.but to maintain it I can help with feeding baby

Hi..as I see the drastic fluctuations in the weight over the years.. Its important to know what exactly u r following in diet n exercises..I mean timing n all I wud suggest to go slow n gradual so that once u r in shape it doesn't bounce back Feel free to contact for detail discussion
