Pain at back of head scalp area,neck
Sir , iam having neck pain and scalp pain back of my head and near ears . I have daily driving morning and evning and office seating job on computer . Pain goes on getting physiotherapy sessions and later after some times come back . Please suggest

Passive treatment like IFT, SWD,ULTRASOUND,MASSAGE,etc Will give you temporary relief . So that you can use that time to perform exercises PAINFREE / with minimum pain.
Next Steps
Get a good exercise plan from your physiotherapist > which involves isometrics and isotonic exercises whichever required. > with proper posture assessment ,muscle strength and endurance assessment.

Use hot pack before any exercise it's sufficient as a passive treatment modality. Take care.
