Pain at upper back since 1.6 years
I am HLA B27 negative, having pain at back since 1.6 years. At some stage My uric acid was increased. Haemoglobin was decresed, MRI has not any problem. Doing some stretching exercises that control pains. No pain killer worka at that pain. Pain in throat, Saliva coming while sleeping, and irregular heart beats. Please suggest something.I am an engineering student, studying in Mathura.

Apply Hot Fomentation twice daily. Avoid bending in front. Postural Correction- Sit Tall, Walk Tall. Extension Exercises x 15 times x twice daily - lying on tummy, take left arm up for 3 seconds, then bring it down, right arm up for 3 seconds, bring down. Bring right leg up, hold for 3 seconds, bring it down. Then right leg up and hold for 3 seconds and bring it down. Repeat twice a day- 10 times. Bhujang Asana -- Lie flat on your stomach, keeping the palms out, bend the neck backward, take a deep breath and while holding it for 6 seconds, raise the chest up. Release breath and relax your body. Repeat the exercise 15 times twice daily.

Hi..you should consult good cardiologist  for irregular heart beat do whole body check up.About back pain take care of your routine activity like sitting with good support nt lifting weight don't stand long time...visit physio center and learn proper exercise..only stretching is not enough,do core strengthening exercise.If pain is severe than first take pain relief treatment like IFT &US and than start exercise.
