Pain in Anal Region
On 25th from afternoon I was feeling discomfort while sitting and there was a little burning sensation during bowel movement. I use to get a pain in the lower tip of the backbone near anus if i sit for long time. I assumed this pain to be something related to that. Also, I had non veg and had alcohol 4 day continues as it has xmas holiday. Would that be the reason for pain. On 26th morning when i got up it became a severe pain and i realised that am having difficulty in bowel movement as well. In the evening i consulted a Doc and he said it could be an anal fissurre. He gave me Aceclo Plus tablet, nexpro l capsule and Smooth creame. I was on soft diet for 3 days. I got relief from the pain. I am still not sure if it is Fissure or something else, i did not have any bleeding. After 2 day gap on 29th I had couple of beer and normal spicy food, 30th till nite i was fine. Nite i started feeling the pain again, in the after i had sat for long time. Now am unable to identify what it is

Most likely you are suffering from Anal Fissure. You should take sitz bath (Hot water tub bath) followed by application of Sushruta ointment and Lekhan Powder in anal canal 2-4 times a day.
