Pain in Ankle
When I walk fast or climb stairs I feel pain in my back and upper part of ankle. I want to run but due to pain I am not able to enjoy running.I have purchased a Rebook soft cushion running shoes too but it had not resolved the issue. What should I do ?

It all depends on whether you are using correct muscles while running,whether you are able to activate deep muscles of back and ankle to stabilise them when you run or climb stairs.
