Pain in back and right thaigh
Dear Sir/Mam My mother is suffering from back pain and thaigh pain in right leg since previous 8years. She is 45 years old and a healthy woman. Last 2 years she was consulting a doctor in Banarash, but the pain could not remove from root. She ate medicine and she get relief upto action of pills. Therefore a mild pain is continuing existing. Please help me with your valuable advice.

This pain can be due to the nerve compression and back muscle weakness which generally occurs in case of disc bulge/lumbar spondylosis along with sciatica. You should consult a physiotherapist.
Next Steps
Go to a physiotherapist.. Ultrasonic therapy +IFT +Heating therapy +traction (may require) +some strengthening exercises will be helpful for sure.
Health Tips
At home.. Rest +hot water fomentation +pain killer gel +no long sitting /standing /walking /travelling /driving +no cold exposure +no manual exertions +no weight lifting +no stair climbing +use lumbo sacral belt+sit tall with cushion support (correct posture) .
