I've been a smoker for 9 years now and over the past one year my gums have started to pain and cheeks too swell up randomly every couple of months.
I want to get my teeth and gums checked and see if whether I can bleach my teeth and have healthy gums.

Till then rinse your mouth with warm water with added 1/2 teaspoon of salt in it 3 times a day after meals.
