Pain in heels
I hav ben feeling pain in my heels since 3 4 month.. specifically @morning when i  wake up..but once i start walking it goes automatically. have started using sports shoes instead of formal shoe..even this pains aggravate if i do long sitting or after meeting.

U can meet a physiotherapist and have ultrasound treatment done u need to wear a soft insole for ur shoe kindly avoid hard heels and long standing
