Pain in left lower ribs
Hi I had pain in my left lower ribs.. I have a vitamin d deficiency and gastric problems. Orthopedic doctor told me to take combliflam for 2 days.. Feeling better.. But after tablet feeling alright but lite pain is there while coughing. Please helpwhy is this problem.

It might just be a muscular pain if it’s there in this area only.
Do hot fomentation, do gentle breathing exercises, apply local gels , take simple pain medication and take diets rich in calcium.
If pain persists beyond 7 days visit hospital

Rib pain can take 8 to 12 weeks to disappear. Continue painkillers and visit Physiotherapy to learn some deep breathing and spinal core muscle strengthening exercises
