Pain in left side of right Elbow
I am recently started gym exercise and i am feeling pain in my left side of right elbow. The pain is not in but but is near basilic vien. Please suggest what action i can take to reduce my pain and heal the same.

It can be due to increased load on the muscle so you must be slowly progressing under proper supervision at gym.You should wean off from exercise till pain subsides and take help of a good physio.
