  4. Pain in ribcage and back. Or my heart?

Pain in ribcage and back
There is a tight pain in my left side of ribcage and left side of back it is mainly below my breast section..it does not pain after pressing any where but during breathing or moving it pains and a tightness feeling is always there below my left breast. I am worried about if it is related to my kidney or my heart?

It can be because of intercostal nerve compression which usually starts from back and comes to chest. Better would be to consult at any of the center.
