Pain in shoulder neck arm and underarm
I m an IT Profession and since past few days I m suffering with shoulder pain accompanied by neck pain and pain in arms and sometimes i feel some pain in the underarm also .. I googled my symptoms (which I generally don't) and saw that lung cancer also is one of the reason for such symptom. I am very scared .. please let me know why is this happening

No need to panic. Every one having neck pain and shoulder pain is not suffering from cancer. it’s very common problem specially in IT professionals. It might be related to your posture while sitting in working hours. Observe your posture , take hot fomentation , do Physiptherapy
