Pain in the back of heel after resting
Since some months I have this problem of pain in the back of heel of left foot. (Attached photo for exact point). When I walk after, say, 30min of gap or rest, and when my foot takes weight of my body, I have difficulty in walking. Lot of pain at the back of the heel. These days even at rest time I can feel pointed pain. Is it plantar fascitis or Achilles tendonitis, I am not sure. I can't find a permanent cure for it. Some doctor advised for hot and cold water treatment, but I could not follow after 2-3 days. Is there really no permanent cure for this? I don't want to take pain killers. Please advise.
